Product Descriptions 

Great effort and time goes into verifying the product descriptions for consistency and accuracy. The images attached to the products aim to aid you with your selection. However please expect that some changes may occur in colour, shape and design especially with varying computer monitors. 

Damage Claims 

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify our supplier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials until we contact you about our decision.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled before 2pm on the next working day on confirmation of the order. No cost will be incurred.   To cancel an order simply write an email to: customerservice@bargainsperfume.com.

Return and Refunds Policy 

Orders can be returned up to 7 days after receiving the product for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to us in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund once we have received the product and you will be notified via email of your refund. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
